X20Cr13钢汽轮机叶片开裂的原因分析

摘要 模锻X20Cr13钢汽轮机叶片在油淬和碱水清洗后出现开裂现象。为此,对开裂叶片进行化学成分分析、生产过程复查、金相和断口检验,对不同批次原材料叶片进行油淬与碱水清洗试验,同时对用作为叶片原材料的自由锻造X20Cr13方钢进行超声波探伤。结果表明:X20Cr13钢叶片油淬和碱水清洗后的开裂是由于锻造变形不充分,致使叶片中存在微裂纹、带状偏析和疏松等问题所造成,与油淬工艺和碱水清洗过程无关。 Cracks were found in the die forged X20Cr13 steel turbine blades after oil quenching and alkaline water cleaning.Chemical composition analysis,production process review,metallographic examination and fracture inspection were conducted on the cracked blades.Meanwhile,oil quenching and alkaline water cleaning validation tests were carried out on blades made from different heats of raw materials,and ultrasonic flaw detection was performed on the square block of X20Cr13 steel forged from rolled bars.The results indicated that the cracking found in the die forged steel blades after oil quenching and alkaline water cleaning was due to insufficient forging deformation,which led to microcracks,banded segregation and porosity in the blades.It was not related to the quenching process or alkaline water cleaning.
