摘要
DL10.9级高强度螺栓有断裂情况发生。为此,对其进行硬度测定、金相检验、断口检验和能谱分析。结果发现:断裂的螺栓存在氧化物SiO2,且断口有明显的疲劳断裂特征,分析表明该螺栓是氧化物SiO2导致的疲劳断裂。据此,提出了改进螺栓结构等预防螺栓断裂的措施。
DL10.9 grade bolt ruptured.From hardness measurements,metallographic examination,fracture test and energy spectrum analysis it was seen that the ruptured bolt exhibited oxides such as SiO2and fatigue break character in its fracture,and the bolt was fatigue fracturing caused by SiO2 oxide.The precaution such as improvement in configuration of the bolt was proposed.
