给水泵汽轮机多支叶片同时失效原因分析

摘要 某燃煤电厂给水泵汽轮机服役约8000 h,材质为2Cr12NiMo1W1V的第3级2支叶片和第6级1支叶片同时断裂,第6级13支叶片开裂。采用宏观检查、化学分析、硬度测试、拉伸试验、冲击试验、金相检验等试验进行分析,结合同型号给水泵服役调查情况,结果表明,所检叶片材料性能和热处理状态符合标准要求,金相组织正常,叶片失效原因为叶片设计性能无法满足机组工况需求,在某些工况下多支叶片萌生了疲劳裂纹并扩展,最终出现两级多支叶片开裂和断裂缺陷。 In a coal-fired power plant,two blades of the 3rd stage and one blade of the 6th stage made of 2Cr12NiMo1W1V steel in a feed pump steam turbine fractured simultaneously after approximately 8,000 hours of service,with an additional 13 blades of the 6th grade cracked.Through macroscopic inspection,chemical analysis,hardness testing,tensile testing,impact testing,and metallographic examination,combined with operational investigations of similar turbines,the results showed that the material properties and heat treatment of the blades met standard requirements,and their microstructures were normal.The failure was attributed to insufficient blade design performance under specific working conditions.During operation,fatigue cracks initiated and propagated in multiple blades,ultimately leading to cracking and fracture across two stages and multiple blades.
