摘要
针对某一批次4Cr5Mo2V模块产品的检测样品冲击吸收能量偏低、波动较大的问题,采用金相组织观察、断口特征分析等手段对其组织性能进行分析。结果表明:冲击吸收能量偏低、波动较大的样品中存在不同程度的带状偏析,并在条带间分布有富Cr、Mo、V的共晶碳化物颗粒簇;此外部分检测样品中存在冶炼中产生的大量氧化铝等夹杂,这二者是造成冲击吸收能量偏低且波动较大的主要原因。
For a certain batch of 4Cr5Mo2V module products,the impact value of the test specimens is low with great fluctuation,and its microstructure properties are analyzed by means of metallographic structure observation and fracture feature analysis.The results show that the specimens with lower impact values and greater fluctuations have different degrees of band segregation,and eutectic carbide particle clusters with rich Cr,Mo,V contents are distributed between the strips;in addition,a large amount of alumina and other inclusions caused during smelting are contained in some of the test specimens,which are the main causes of the lower impact values and greater fluctuations.
