摘要
早衰是人体运动、认知、性功能减退过早发生,主要表现为虚弱、睡眠障碍、情绪异常、女性卵巢功能早衰、男性阳痿、遗精、早泄及不孕不育等,命门虚衰是其核心要素,治疗以温肾阳、补肾精为主。人参、淫羊藿、生地黄是仝小林治疗早衰、性功能减退的基础小方,临床常用剂量为人参3~15 g,淫羊藿9~60 g,生地黄9~15 g。
Professor Tong Xiaolin holds that premature failure is the premature decline of human motor,cognitive and sexual functions.It is mainly manifested as weakness,sleep disorders,emotional abnormalities,premature ovarian failure in women,male impotence,spermatorrhea,premature ejaculation and infertility,etc.The decline of vital gatefire is the core pathogenesis of the disease.Its treatment mainly focuses on warming kidneyfire and nourishing kidney essence.Ginseng,epimedium herb and unprocessed rehmannia root are the three ingredients in a basic prescription crafted by Professor Tong Xiaolin for the treatment of premature failure and decline in sexual function.The commonly used dosage of ginseng is 3-15 g,epimedium herb 9-60 g,and unprocessed rehmannia root 9-15 g.
