课程思政教育联合5E教学模式在口腔颌面外科临床护理带教中的应用

Application of the curriculum ideological and political education combined with the 5E teaching model in the clinical nursing teaching of oral and maxillofacial surgery

摘要 目的探讨课程思政教育联合5E教学模式在口腔颌面外科临床护理带教中的应用。方法选取2023年4—12月广西医科大学附属口腔医院口腔颌面外科48名护理实习生作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与实验组,每组24名。对照组实施传统带教方案,实验组实施课程思政教育联合5E教学模式,比较两组出科理论成绩、操作考核成绩及教学满意度。结果实验组出科理论成绩、操作考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组护理实习生对教学内容、教学方法、带教老师的能力、自我提升能力及整体满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论课程思政教育联合5E教学模式应用于口腔颌面外科护理实习生临床带教中,可提高护理实习生的出科理论考试成绩、操作考核成绩及其对教学的满意度,并可引导学生树立正确的人生观、价值观。 Objective To study the application of curriculum ideological and political education combined with 5E teaching mode in the clinical nursing teaching of oral and maxillofacial surgery.Methods A total of 48 nursing interns from the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery,Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from April to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method,with 24 interns in each group.The control group implemented the traditional teaching scheme,and the experimental group implemented the curriculum ideological and political education combined with 5E teaching mode,the theoretical results,operational assessment results and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The theoretical scores and operational assessment scores at the time of graduation in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching content,teaching methods,teachers'ability,self-improvement ability and overall satisfaction of nursing interns in the experimental group was higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of curriculum ideological and political education in courses combined with the 5E teaching model in the clinical teaching of oral and maxillofacial surgery nursing interns can improve the theoretical scores and operational assessment scores of the nursing interns upon their departure from the department,as well as their satisfaction with the teaching,moreover,it can guide students to establish correct outlooks on life and values.
