混合式教学联合“5E”教学模式在全科住培教学中的应用效果分析 被引量:18

摘要 目的分析混合式教学联合“5E”教学模式在全科住培教学中运用的可能性和成效。方法以黑龙江省86名全科医学住培学员为研究对象,运用随机数表法分为对照组和实验组,采用t检验比较传统教学方法和混合式教学联合“5E”教学方法的不同。结果与传统教学方法相比,混合式教学联合“5E”教学模式有助于学员提高理论与实践操作能力(t=3.286,P=0.001)、综合专业能力(t=2.879,P=0.005)和满意度(t=6.325,P<0.001)。结论基于混合式教学联合“5E”教学模式,既能提升全科住培学员的知识、技能及学习兴趣,又能为全科医生培养方式提供借鉴。 Objective To analyze the possibility and effect of the combined mode of“5E”and mixed teaching in the teaching of residential students in general practice.Methods 86 residential students in general practice of Heilongjiang Province were randomly divided into two groups as the research objects.t-test were used to compare traditional teaching and mixed teaching combined“5E”mode.Results In contrast with the traditional teaching,the mixed teaching combined“5E”mode was helpful to improve the theoretical and practical operation ability(t=3.286,P=0.001),the comprehensive professional ability(t=2.879,P=0.005),and the students'satisfaction(t=6.325,P<0.001).Conclusion The mixed teaching combined“5E”teaching mode can improve knowledge,skills and learning interests of residents in general practitioners,and also provide a new reference resource for general practitioners'training.
