摘要
探讨数字化技术辅助案例教学在提升骨科住院医师规范化培训教学质量中的应用价值。选择2024年2月—2025年1月在广西医科大学第二附属医院参加骨科规培的60名学员为研究对象,按照规培时间顺序将其分为对照组(2024年2—7月)和观察组(2024年8月—2025年1月),每组各30名。对照组采用传统案例教学,观察组在此基础上引入数字化技术辅助教学工具。比较两组学员的理论考试成绩、操作技能考核和批判性思维能力。结果显示,观察组在疾病诊断、解剖结构识别、并发症识别与处理、基本操作与无菌规范、康复评估与指导要点及总分等6个方面的得分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组实践考试优良率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组批判性思维得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,数字化技术辅助案例教学有助于提升骨科规培生的专业能力和综合素养,具有良好的教学推广价值。
This study explores the application value of digital technology-assisted case teaching in improving the teaching quality of standardized training for orthopedic residents.A total of 60 trainees participating in orthopedic standardized training at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from February 2024 to January 2025 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a control group(February–July 2024)and an observation group(August 2024–January 2025)according to the training timeline,with 30 trainees in each group.The control group adopted traditional case teaching,while the observation group introduced digital technology-assisted teaching tools(e.g.,3D anatomical modeling,virtual surgery simulation systems).The theoretical exam scores,practical skill assessment,and critical thinking ability were compared between the two groups.The results showed that the observation group scored significantly higher than the control group in six dimensions:disease diagnosis,anatomical structure identification,complication identification and management,basic operation and aseptic norms,rehabilitation assessment and guidance,and total score(all P<0.05).The excellent rate of practical exams in the observation group was 86.7%(26/30),significantly higher than 60.0%(18/30)in the control group(P<0.05).The critical thinking score of the observation group also exceeded that of the control group(P<0.05).The study confirms that digital technology-assisted case teaching effectively enhances the professional competence and comprehensive literacy of orthopedic residents,demonstrating good promotion value in clinical education.
