三种砧木对‘金桃’猕猴桃果实品质的影响

摘要 【目的】探究不同种类砧木对‘金桃’猕猴桃果实品质的影响。【方法】以‘金桃’猕猴桃为接穗,分别选取美味猕猴桃、中华猕猴桃、长叶猕猴桃作为砧木进行嫁接,并对‘金桃’猕猴桃果实品质相关指标进行测定分析。【结果】以野生资源长叶猕猴桃为砧木嫁接的‘金桃’猕猴桃果实单果重大,果肉颜色黄色泽亮度高;其果实中类胡萝卜素含量高,是美味猕猴桃砧木的2.32倍、中华猕猴桃砧木的1.13倍;而维生素C含量丰富,是美味猕猴桃砧木的1.28倍、中华猕猴桃砧木的1.68倍。【结论】长叶猕猴桃砧木增加了‘金桃’猕猴桃果实的单果重,提高了果肉亮度,增加了类胡萝卜素和维生素C含量,提升了果实品质,这为今后从野生猕猴桃种质资源中筛选和培育新型优良砧木提供了理论支撑。 【Objective】The effects of different rootstocks on fruit quality in′Jintao′kiwifruit were investigated.【Method】′Jintao′as scions were grafted on Actinidia deliciosa,A.Chinensis and A.hemsleyana,then determine and analyze the fruit quality indexes of′Jintao′.【Result】′Jintao′grafted on A.hemsleyana had the heaviest fruit weight,yellow flesh with higher color brightness.Its fruit has a high content of carotenoids,which is 2.32 times than that on Actinidia deliciosa and 1.13 times than that on A.Chinensis;it also has a rich content of vitamin C,which is 1.28 times than that on A.deliciosa and 1.68 times than that on A.Chinensis.【Conclusion】A.hemsleyana as rootstock increased the fruit weight of′Jintao′kiwifruit,increased the brightness of the flesh,increased the content of carotenoids and vitamin C,and improved the fruit quality,which provided theoretical support for screening and cultivating new excellent rootstocks from wild kiwifruit germplasm resources in the future.
