摘要
综述了SSR标记技术在猕猴桃群体遗传多样性研究、基因连锁图谱的构建、种质资源鉴定以及分子标记辅助育种等方面的应用概况,并在此基础上提出了今后猕猴桃育种发展的方向。
Application of SSR molecular markers in the genetic diversity research, the construction of genomic DNA library, the identification of germplasm resources and the breeding in kiwifruit were summarized. Based on this, the development trend of Kiwifruit breeding in future were put forward.
