摘要
为了明确对萼猕猴桃砧木和美味猕猴桃砧木对接穗“翠玉”果实成熟度和软熟品质的影响,在“翠玉”猕猴桃商业采收期前后2个月(2021年9月8日至11月10日)生长期内,每周对两种砧木的“翠玉”果实进行下树成熟度指标和软熟后品质指标检测,共计10个采收期。结果表明:单果质量、可溶性固形物、硬度和干物质4个下树指标在两种砧木“翠玉”的生长期内均表现出高度相似的变化趋势,仅可溶性固形物在对萼猕猴桃砧木处理下达到成熟的时间提前了5 d,而单果质量、硬度和干物质指标在两个砧木处理间基本无显著性差异。软熟果实中的可溶性固形物、总糖、维生素C和总酸含量等品质指标在所有采收期内的两个砧木处理之间基本上也无显著性差异,但是从第五个采收时期(2021年10月7日)开始,较晚采收的果实有着更高的可溶性固形物、总糖和维生素C含量,意味着更好的果实软熟品质,可能与采收时积累更多的干物质含量有关。相比普遍使用的美味猕猴桃砧木,对萼猕猴桃砧木并没有显著降低或提升接穗“翠玉”果实的软熟品质,反而使“翠玉”果实的成熟时间提前了5 d。
In order to elucidate the effects of two rootstocks Actinidia valvata and A.chinensis var.deliciosa on maturity and ripening quality of kiwifruit Cuiyu,the maturity and ripening quality indices of kiwifruit Cuiyu grafted on these two rootstocks were measured with the fruits harvested weekly during two months(2021/9/8-2021/11/10)of growth period which covered the commercial harvest window of Cuiyu fruit,totaling ten harvest occasions.The results indicated that the four maturity indices,including fruit weight,soluble solids content(SSC),firmness and dry matter had a similar change trend during growth period between two rootstock treatments,only SSC of the fruits grafted on A.valvata reached maturity for harvest criteria five days earlier than that of the fruits grated on A.chinensis var.deliciosa.There was generally no significant difference in fruit weight,firmness and dry matter between two rootstocks treatments.The ripening quality indices,including SSC,total sugar,vitamin C and total acids contents in ripe fruits,basically revealed no significant difference between two rootstocks treatments in entire harvest period.The fruits harvested from the fifth harvest occasion(October 7,2021)accumulated more amounts of SSC,total sugar and vitamin C,and thus revealed a better quality,which may be associated with the high level of dry matter accumulation at harvest.In summary,compared with the widely used rootstock of A.chinensis var.deliciosa,A.valvata rootstock did not significantly reduce or improve the ripening quality of Cuiyu fruits,but advanced the maturity time for five days.
