摘要
数智时代应用AI大模型促进档案信息资源开发,能够深度挖掘档案价值,提升档案服务效能,推动档案事业创新发展,助力知识传承与社会进步。聚焦数据驱动、算法支撑、文本理解和应用导向四个维度分析基于AI大模型的档案信息资源开发逻辑机理,探讨AI大模型在档案信息资源开发智能数据处理、智能开放审核、智能档案编研、智能档案服务等场景的赋能效果,指出AI大模型在应用过程中存在数据安全问题亟待解决、审核结果信度仍需提高、编研成果质量亟须提升和服务智能程度尚需增强等现实难题。基于此,提出优化系统平台安全环境、打造智能模型提示系统、发挥档案垂直领域价值和深化智能技术应用程度等推进策略,以期促进档案信息资源的高效开发。
In the era of digital intelligence,applying AI large models to promote the development of archival information resources can deeply explore the value of archives,enhance the efficiency of archival services,drive the innovative development of archival cause,and facilitate knowledge inheritance and social progress.This article focuses on four dimensions:data-driven,algorithm-supported,text-understanding,and application-oriented,to analyze the logical mechanism of the development of archival information resources based on AI large models,exploring the empowerment effect of AI large models in scenarios such as intelligent data processing,intelligent open review,intelligent archival research and compilation,and intelligent archival services in the development of archival information resources,it also points out the practical challenges existing in the application process of AI large models,including the urgent need to address data security issues,the necessity to improve the reliability of review results,the urgent need to improve the quality of research and compilation results,and the requirement to enhance the intelligence level of services.Based on this,promotion strategy such as optimizing the security environment of system platform,creating an intelligent model prompt system,playing the vertical value of archives,and deepening the application degree of intelligent technologies are proposed,with the aim of promoting the efficient development of archival information resources.
