摘要 随着大数据、人工智能等新一代信息技术的深度应用,档案事业正经历从数字化、网络化向智慧化的关键转型。智慧档案服务旨在超越传统档案管理的物理边界与功能局限,实现档案资源的智能感知、深度挖掘与知识化服务。本文旨在系统探讨智慧档案服务场景下的人机协同内涵与价值,构建一个多层次、动态化的人机协同模式框架,并最终提出具有可操作性的优化路径,以期为推动档案服务向更高阶的智慧形态演进提供理论参考与实践指引。 With the deep application of new-generation information technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence,the archival undertaking is undergoing a critical transformation from digitization and networking to intelligentization.Smart archival services aim to transcend the physical boundaries and functional limitations of traditional archives management,achieving intelligent perception,deep mining,and knowledge-based services of archival resources.This paper aims to systematically explore the connotation and value of human-machine collaboration in the context of smart archival services,construct a multi-level,dynamic human-machine collaboration framework,and ultimately propose operable optimization pathways to provide theoretical references and practical guidance for advancing archival services toward higher-level intelligent forms.
