摘要
在知识经济蓬勃发展、信息化浪潮汹涌而至之际,习近平总书记提出的网络空间命运共同体理念为档案信息资源开发利用提供价值引领和路径选择。本文以网络空间命运共同体为镜,剖析档案信息资源开发的现实隐忧,提出网络空间命运共同体背景下档案信息资源开发利用的破解之策,以期促进档案信息资源建设在网络时代的创新性发展。
This article uses the concept of a community with a shared future in cyberspace as a mirror to analyze the real concerns of developing archival information resources and proposes solutions for their development and utilization in the context of a community with a shared future in cyberspace,with the aim of promoting innovative development of archival information resources in the network era.
