摘要
跨境电商综合试验区作为中国高水平开放的关键制度创新,对推动产业转型升级具有战略意义。本文基于制度经济学视角,系统解析了跨境电商改革影响企业客户结构的作用机理,并采用多期双重差分模型,以2010-2021年间分批次设立的跨境电商综合试验区为政策冲击,识别其对企业大客户依赖度的净效应。结果表明,跨境电商改革显著降低了试验区内企业的大客户依赖度。机制检验发现,跨境电商改革通过优化供应链效率、缓解融资约束和提升生产效率三条路径,显著弱化了企业对大客户的依赖度。异质性分析表明,在风险承担水平较低企业、中小型企业、管理层战略眼光较长远企业以及制造业企业,跨境电商改革的客户结构分散效应更显著。本文为数字经济时代下跨境电商平台赋能企业创新、优化客户结构提供了理论框架与政策建议,对完善“双循环”新发展格局、增强产业链供应链自主可控能力具有重要参考价值。
As a key institutional innovation for China's high-level opening-up,the comprehensive pilot zones for cross-border e-commerce are of strategic significance for promoting industrial transformation and upgrading.From the perspective of institutional economics,this paper systematically analyzes the mechanism through which cross-border e-commerce reforms affect the customer structure of enterprises by reducing transaction costs and optimizing resource allocation.Using a multi-period difference-in-differences model,it takes the comprehensive pilot zones for cross-border e-commerce established in batches between 2010 and 2021 as the policy shock source to identify their net effect on the dependence of enterprises on key customers.The results show that cross-border e-commerce reforms have significantly reduced the dependence of enterprises within the pilot zones on key customers.Mechanism tests reveal that cross-border e-commerce reforms have significantly weakened enterprises'dependence on key customers through three pathways:optimizing supply chain efficiency,alleviating financing constraints,and improving production efficiency.Heterogeneity analysis indicates that cross-border e-commerce reforms have a more significant customer structure diversification effect on enterprises with a low level of risk-taking,small and medium-sized enterprises,those in the manufacturing industry,and those with long-term strategic vision in management.This paper provides a theoretical framework and policy suggestions for cross-border e-commerce platforms to empower enterprise innovation and optimize customer structure in the era of the digital economy,and is of important reference value for improving the new development pattern of"dual circulation"and enhancing the independent and controllable capabilities of industrial chains and supply chains.
