摘要
推进一二三产业融合发展,是提升农业新质生产力、促进农村现代化转型的重要途径。本文利用2020年和2021年中国土地经济调查(CLES)数据,运用多层线性回归模型和面板固定效应模型等计量方法实证检验村庄产业融合对农户收入质量的影响。研究结果表明,村庄产业融合显著提高农户收入质量,且该结论经过内生性检验和稳健性检验后仍然成立。从产业融合的类型来看,产业链纵向延伸融合和农业多功能拓展融合均显著提高农户收入质量,而农业内部有机融合及科技渗透融合对农户收入质量的影响不显著。机制分析表明,村庄产业融合能够通过优化劳动力、土地、资金等要素配置,改善农户收入质量。此外,异质性分析结果表明,产业融合发展具有包容性,其对小规模农户收入质量的提升作用更为显著;且其影响效应存在明显的空间梯度差异,具体表现在对近郊村农户收入质量的影响更大;同时,电子商务配送站等基础设施的完善,能够显著强化产业融合的收入效应。基于以上发现,本文建议,持续推动农村产业融合发展,引导多种融合模式互促共进;注重以产业融合发展带动农村资源要素的优化配置,提高资源利用效率;加快市场基础设施建设,强化产业融合发展效应。
Promoting the integrated development of the primary,secondary,and tertiary indus-tries is a critical pathway to cultivate new quality productivity in agriculture and drive the modern-ization of rural areas.This study empirically examines the impact of village-level industrial inte-gration on farmers’income quality using data from the China Land Economy Survey(CLES)in 2020 and 2021,employing econometric methods such as multilevel linear regression models and panel fixed-effects models.The findings reveal that village industrial integration significantly im-proves farmers’income quality,the conclusion remains robust after endogeneity tests and robust-ness checks.In terms of integration types,vertical extension of industrial chains and horizontal ex-pansion of agricultural functions both significantly enhance income quality,while organic integration within agriculture and technology-driven integration show no statistically significant effects.Mechanism analysis indicates that industrial integration optimizes the allocation of labor,land,and capital,thereby improving income quality.Heterogeneity analysis further demonstrates that industrial integration exhibits inclusive characteristics,with greater income quality improve-ments observed among smallholder farmers.Significant spatial gradient differences are evident,particularly showing stronger effects in suburban villages.Additionally,the development of infra-structure such as e-commerce distribution stations significantly amplifies the integration effects.Based on these findings,this study proposes continuously advancing rural industrial integration through synergistic development of multiple models,optimizing resource allocation(labor,land,and capital)to enhance utilization efficiency,and accelerating market infrastructure construction to strengthen integration effects.
