摘要
近年来,校园食品安全问题频发,高校食堂作为师生日常饮食的主要场所,食品安全事关师生的身体健康和校园的和谐稳定。高校食堂食品安全管理过程中涉及采购贮存、烹饪加工、食品留样等多个关键环节,传统食堂监管往往依赖人工检查,效率低下且容易出现漏洞。当前,大数据和人工智能技术已经对食品安全行业发展产生了重大影响。因此,有必要结合智能化信息技术加强对高校食品安全信息监管。综上,本文深入探讨了大数据和人工智能技术在高校食堂管理模式中的具体应用场景和影响,以及人工智能、大数据在高校食堂管理应用方面的挑战。
In recent years,there have been frequent campus food safety problems.The college canteen is the main place for teachers and students to eat daily,and food safety is related to the health of teachers and students and the harmony and stability of the campus.The college canteen food safety management process involves procurement and storage,cooking and processing,food sampling,and other key links,the traditional canteen supervision often relies on manual inspection,which is inefficient and prone to loopholes.Currently,big data and artificial intelligence has had a significant impact on the development of the food safety industry.Therefore,it is necessary to combine intelligent information technology to strengthen the supervision of food safety information in colleges.In summary,this article provides an in-depth discussion of the specific application scenarios and impacts of big data and artificial intelligence technologies in the management mode of college canteen,as well as the challenges of artificial intelligence and big data in the application of college canteen management.
