基于群体智能的食品安全指数体系构建与应用研究

摘要 食品安全关乎国计民生。针对我国食品安全监管中数据分散、预警滞后、指标体系不完善等问题,本研究以群体智能理论为核心,融合多源异构数据,构建了涵盖食品供应、消费安全与舆情监测的食品安全指数体系。通过分布式存储、弹性资源扩展与群智激发汇聚技术,解决了海量数据处理与实时预警的难题。本研究提出了基于拉氏算法的指数计算方法,建立了动态权重调整机制,并开发了隐私计算平台支持的云服务系统。研究表明,该体系显著提升了食品安全风险感知精度与监管效率,为构建数字化、智能化食品安全治理体系提供了理论支撑与技术路径。 Food safety is crucial to national economy and people’s livelihood.In response to the problems of scattered data,lagging early warning,and incomplete index systems in China’s food safety supervision,this study takes swarm intelligence theory as the core,integrates multi-source heterogeneous data,and constructs a food safety index system covering food supply,consumption safety,and public opinion monitoring.Through distributed storage,elastic resource expansion,and swarm intelligence aggregation technology,it solves the problems of processing massive data and real-time early warning.The study proposes an index calculation method based on the Laspeyres algorithm,establishes a dynamic weight adjustment mechanism,and develops a cloud service system supported by a privacy computing platform.The research shows that this system significantly improves the accuracy of food safety risk perception and supervision efficiency,providing theoretical support and technical paths for building a digital and intelligent food safety governance system.
