摘要
本文首先介绍ISO/IEC和不同领域的学者各自给出的标准和标准化观点,然后对基本概念进行探讨,对各种不同观点进行分析,指出他们对标准和标准化基本概念的贡献以及部分观点的局限性。最后作者总结,归纳、吸收不同观点的重要思想,抛弃有局限性的内容,提炼出新的观点,归纳出新的标准和标准化概念。
This paper firstly introduces the definitions and the discussions of basic concepts of standards and standardization given by ISO/IEC and scholars in different fields, Then, it analyzes various viewpoints, and points out the limitations and contributions of their arguments to the basic concepts of standards and standardization. Finally, this paper summarizes and assimilates the important ideas from different perspectives, abandons the limited contents, and incorporates the new viewpoints, so as to conclude new concepts of standard and standardization.
