摘要
食品品质直接关系到民众的生活福祉与身体健康,加强食品品质的监管工作显得尤为重要。随着国内食品需求量的不断攀升,提升监管效率与质量已成为亟待解决的问题。这要求持续优化监管流程,引入高效手段,以保障民众能够获取到安全可靠的食品。在此背景下,本文着重探讨我国食品安全监管领域中信息技术的应用及监管模式的创新。
Food quality is directly related to people's well-being and physical health,so it is particularly important to strengthen its supervision.With the continuous rise of domestic food demand,improving the efficiency and quality of supervision has become an urgent problem to be solved.This requires the continuous optimization of regulatory processes and the introduction of efficient means to ensure that people have access to safe and reliable food.Under this background,this paper focuses on the application of information technology and the innovation of supervision mode in the field of food safety supervision in China.
