摘要
目的调查分析高度近视合并白内障患者外出障碍现况。方法选择中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九Ο一医院2021年9月至2023年12月期间收治的高度近视合并白内障患者150例为研究对象,采用外出障碍量表、FRAIL量表、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)对其外出障碍现况进行调查,总结分析影响因素。结果多元线性回归分析结果显示,年龄、居住地、同住者、自述身体健康情况、衰弱情况、心理弹性均为高度近视合并白内障患者外出障碍的影响因素(P<0.05),可解释26.20%的变异度。结论高度近视合并白内障患者外出障碍情况不容乐观,应针对影响因素提出改进措施,以改善患者外出障碍情况。
Objective:To investigate and analyze the current situation of going out obstacles in patients with high myopia complicated with cataract.Methods:150 patients with high myopia complicated with cataract who were admitted to the 901st Hospital of China People's Liberation Army Joint Logistics Support Force from September 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.The status of their going out disorder was investigated by using the Outgoing Disorder Scale,FRAIL Scale and CD-RISC,and the influencing factors were summarized and analyzed.Results:The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that age、place of residence、roommate、self-reported health status,weakness and resilience were all influencing factors,P<0.05,which could explain the variation of 26.20%.Conclusion:The out-going obstacle of patients with high myopia complicated with cataract is not optimistic,and improvement measures should be put forward according to the influencing factors to improve the out-going obstacle of patients.
