摘要
目的探究老年糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)患者跌倒风险感知现状及影响因素。方法选取2022年9月至2023年6月期间中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九Ο一医院收治的老年DR患者102例为研究对象,采用多量表对其进行调查,并分析影响因素。结果DR病程、年龄、主要照顾者、衰弱状况、平衡功能、活动方式是老年DR患者FRPQ得分的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论老年DR患者的跌倒风险感知现状较弱,应加强对影响因素的管理。
Objective:To explore the current situation and influencing factors of fall risk perception in elderly patients with diabetic retinopathy(DR).Methods:102 elderly DR patients admitted to the No.901 Hospital of China People's Liberation Army Joint Logistics Support Force from September 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research object,and were investigated with multiple scales,and the influencing factors were analyzed.Results:The course of DR、age、main caregivers、debilitating condition、balance function and activity mode were independent influencing factors of FRPQ score in elderly patients with DR(P<0.05).Conclusions:Elderly DR patients'perception of fall risk is weak,so the management of influencing factors should be strengthened.
