摘要
目的 探讨抑郁自评量表 (SDS)的因子结构组成。方法 采用随机抽样方法 ,对在山东省三个不同的农村社区居住的 336人用抑郁自评量表进行调查 ,并进行因子分析。结果 抑郁自评量表 2 0个题目经因子分析可提取 4个因子 ,分别为躯体症状和焦虑、乐观情绪、生理状态及恶劣心境。结论 抑郁自评量表可分为 4个因子 ,通过 4个因子能更准确地反映出所探查的抑郁症状的不同方面。
Objective The goal of this study was to seek the subscales of Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS)using factor analysis.Methods A total of 336 persons living in three different rural areas in Shandong province were investigated using Self-rating Depression Scale.Results The factor analysis showed that the SDS could be divided into four factors including physical symptoms and anxiety (factor Ⅰ),optimistic sentiments(factorⅡ),physiological state (factorⅢ),and dysthymia(factorⅣ).Conclusion The Self-rating Depression Scales can include four subscales which can objectively reflect the structure of depression.
