摘要
目的观察分析中医护理干预在类风湿关节炎患者中的应用效果及对生活质量的影响。方法选择2023年1-12月期间联勤保障部队第923医院收治的类风湿关节炎患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为常规护理组与中医护理组,各30例。常规护理组接受常规护理,中医护理组接受中医护理干预。对比两组临床疗效、生活质量。结果中医护理组护理总有效率较常规护理组更高,P<0.05。护理前,两组生理功能、心理功能、社会功能及自我认知评分对比,P>0.05;护理后,中医护理组生理功能、心理功能、社会功能及自我认知评分均低于常规护理组,P<0.05。结论中医护理干预在类风湿关节炎患者中的应用效果确切,可有效改善患者生活质量。
Objective:To observe and analyze the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention in patients with rheumatoid arthritis and its influence on quality of life.Methods:60 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to the 923rd Hospital of Joint Logistics Support Force from January to December,2023 were randomly divided into conventional nursing group and traditional Chinese medicine nursing group,with 30 patients in each group.Routine nursing group received routine nursing,while TCM nursing group received TCM nursing intervention.The clinical efficacy and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of TCM nursing group was higher than that of routine nursing group,P<0.05.Before nursing,the scores of physiological function、psychological function、social function and self-cognition of the two groups were compared,P>0.05;After nursing,the scores of physiological function、psychological function、social function and self-cognition in TCM nursing group were lower than those in routine nursing group,P<0.05.Conclusion:TCM nursing intervention in patients with rheumatoid arthritis is effective and can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
