摘要
目的观察分析全方位优质护理在干眼症患者中的应用效果。方法选择2021年1月至2024年1月期间联勤保障部队第九八八医院收治的干眼症患者120例为研究对象。采用随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,每组60例。对照组接受常规护理,研究组接受全方位优质护理。对比两组视力状况、生活质量、护理满意度及应对方式。结果护理前,两组SF-36及裸眼视力对比,P>0.05;护理后,研究组SF-36及裸眼视力均高于对照组,P<0.05。研究组护理满意度较对照组更高,P<0.05。干预前,两组MCMQ各项目评分对比,P>0.05;干预后,研究组面对、屈服、逃避评分均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论在干眼症患者中应用全方位优质护理可有效改善其视力水平,提升患者生活质量与应对能力,同时提高其对护理的满意度。
Objective:To observe and analyze the application effect of all-round quality nursing in patients with dry eye.Methods:From January 2021 to January 2024,120 patients with dry eye were selected as the research object.Randomly divided into control group and study group,60 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the research group received all-round quality care.The visual acuity、quality of life、nursing satisfaction and coping style of the two groups were compared.Results:Before nursing,SF-36 and naked eye vision of the two groups were compared,P>0.05:After nursing,SF-36 and naked eye vision of the study group were higher than those of the control group,P<0.05.The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Before the intervention,the scores of MCMQ items in the two groups were compared,P>0.05;After the intervention,the scores of face、submission and evasion in the study group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of all-round high-quality nursing in patients with dry eye can effectively improve their vision level,improve their quality of life and coping ability,and improve their satisfaction with nursing.
