摘要
目的 观察分析给予胃肠肿瘤患者加速康复围手术期护理对促进其术后恢复的有效性。方法 选择2021年1月至2023年12月期间联勤保障部队第九八八医院收治的胃肠肿瘤患者102例,采用摸球法分为对照组和试验组,每组51例。对照组采取常规围手术期护理,试验组实施加速康复围手术期护理。比较两组围手术期指标、生活质量和并发症。结果 试验组围手术期指标均优于对照组,P<0.05。护理后,试验组生活质量评分高于对照组,P<0.05。试验组并发症发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论 在胃肠肿瘤患者中采取加速康复围手术期护理有助于提高术后生活质量,减少并发症,促进患者恢复。
Objective:To observe and analyze the effectiveness of perioperative nursing care for patients with gastrointestinal tumor in promoting their postoperative recovery.Methods:102 patients with gastrointestinal cancer admitted to the 988 Hospital of Joint Logistics Support Force from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected.The ball touch method was implemented,51 patients were divided into the control group and received routine perioperative nursing,and the other 51 patients were included in the experimental group and received perioperative nursing for accelerated rehabilitation.Perioperative indexes,quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The perioperative indexes of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,P<0.05.After nursing,the quality of life of experimental group was higher than that of control group,P<0.05.The complication rate of experimental group was lower than that of control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Perioperative nursing of accelerated rehabilitation in patients with gastrointestinal tumor is helpful to improve postoperative quality of life,reduce complications and promote patients'recovery.
