摘要
目的探讨类风湿关节炎(RA)患者外周血中淋巴细胞亚群的变化。方法采集2024年1月—2025年1月山东大学第四人民医院收治的45例RA患者(RA组)和36例同期健康体检者(对照组)的外周静脉血,使用流式细胞术检测两组淋巴细胞亚群(T淋巴细胞、B淋巴细胞和NK细胞)、T淋巴细胞亚群(CD4^(+)和CD8^(+))以及CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞亚群(Th1、Th2、Th17和Treg),并进行组间比较。结果与对照组相比,RA组患者外周血中NK细胞、CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)和Treg细胞的水平下调(P均<0.05),B淋巴细胞、Th1细胞、Th1/Th2和Th17/Treg的水平上调(P均<0.05)。结论RA患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群紊乱。
Objective To investigate the changes of lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of patients with rheuma⁃toid arthritis(RA).Methods Peripheral venous blood was collected from 45 RA patients(RA group)and 36 healthy subjects during the same period(control group)admitted to the Fourth People's Hospital of Jinan from January 2024 to Jan⁃uary 2025.Lymphocyte subsets(T lymphocytes,B lymphocytes and NK cells),T lymphocyte subsets(CD4^(+)and CD8^(+))and CD4^(+)T lymphocyte subsets(Th1,Th2,Th17 and Treg)in the two groups were detected by flow cytometry and com⁃pared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the levels of NK cells,CD4^(+)T lymphocytes,CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)and Treg cells in the peripheral blood of the RA group were down-regulated(all P<0.05).The levels of B lym⁃phocytes,Th1 cells,Th1/Th2 and Th17/Treg were up-regulated(all P<0.05).Conclusion Peripheral blood lympho⁃cyte subsets are disordered in RA patients.
