摘要
目的探讨健康教育对LASIK术后干眼症患者的生活质量和疾病认知水平的影响。方法选择2008年1-6月某院行LASIK术后干眼症患者40例,对所有患者采用系统的健康教育体系进行健康教育。比较入院时及健康教育1个月后,患者的生活质量评分情况及疾病认知情况。结果健康教育1个月后患者在掌握卫生知识、自我保健能力、良好生活习惯、生活能力、眼睛舒适度、心理状态、社会功能方面,与入院时比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论科学、有效地实施健康教育能提高干眼症患者的生活质量和对疾病认知水平。
Objective To explore the effects of health education on disease cognition and quality of life(QOL) for post-LASIK patients with dry eyes.Methods Forty post-LASIK patients with dry eyes from January to June 2008 were selected to receive systematic health education.The scores of QOL and disease cognition of the patients were compared at admission and one month after admission.Results Significant differences were observed in terms of mastering the health knowledge,self-care ability,good living habit,life skill,eye comfort level,psychological status,social functioning in the patients on admission and in one month of health education(P0.05).Conclusion Scientific and effective health education system can improve the QOL for patients with dry eye syndrome.
