在天蓝色链霉菌分批发酵中 ,36h时一次加入 2 0mg/L的青霉素 ,色素浓度和分泌率分别提高了 2 6 .2 %和39.2 % ;与一次性添加青霉素相比 ,分多次添加可使色素浓度再提高 9% ,但分泌率没有明显变化 .DMSO浓度为 6 g/L时 ,色素浓度和分泌率较对照分别提高了 2 0 .5 %和 5 0 % ;2~ 5 0 g/L的DMSO对菌体生长没有影响 .36h时加入 1g/L的吐温 80 ,色素浓度和分泌率分别提高了 16 .9%和 37.5 % .6 0h时加入 0 .2 g/L浓度的SDS ,色素浓度较对照基本相当 ,但分泌率却提高了 16 .1% .图 4表 1参
In the batch fermentation of Streptomyces coelicolor , blue pigment production increased by 26.2% and 39.2% when adding 20 mg/L penicillin by single and multi additive way, respectively, while there was no obvious influence to excretion ratio. It also demonstrated that blue pigment production and excretion ratio increased by 20.5% and 50% after supplemented with 6 g/L DMSO. 2~50 g/L DMSO had no effect on the growth of Streptomyces coelicolor . When adding 1 g/L Toween 80 at 36 h, blue pigment production and excretion ratio increased by 16.9% and 37.5%, respectively, while they increased by 6% and 16.1% if adding 0.2 g/L SDS at 60 h.
