摘要
张静生教授,主任医师,博士研究生导师,第四批国医大师,首批全国名中医。擅长治疗冠心病,形成自己独到的治疗理念,认为气阴两虚是冠心病发病的始动因素,心脉瘀阻是贯穿冠心病全过程的病理基础。气虚、阴虚是本,气滞痰浊血瘀是标。故用益气养阴、扶正祛邪之法,可通心阳,益心气,血脉得以通行;养阴补血以充盈脉络,达到益气养阴通阳化瘀之目的。故以丹参生脉饮为基础方,辨证加减化裁治疗冠心病。丹参生脉饮由太子参、麦冬、五味子、丹参4味药组成,由生脉饮易人参为太子参、加丹参组成的基本方,具有益气养阴、活血化瘀的功能。临床应用时,需结合病机,根据冠心病患者具体临床表现,结合胸痛、后背痛、高血压、心衰等症状或合并症,加入常用药对或药物组合应用。由于冠心病患者老年人较多、病程较长,丹参生脉饮方较柔和,长期服用较为适合。
Professor ZHANG Jingsheng,chief physician,doctoral supervisor,the fourth batch of Chinese medicine masters,the first batch of national famous Chinese medicine.He is good at treating coronary heart disease and has formed his own unique treatment concept,believing that Qi and Yin are the initiating factors for the onset of coronary heart disease,and heart pulse stasis is the pathological basis that runs through the whole process of coronary heart disease.Deficiency of both Qi and Yin are the present,and Qi stagnation and phlegm turbid blood stasis are the standards.Therefore,the method of nourishing Qi and Yin and supporting resistance and dispelling evil can be used to improve the Yang of the heart,benefit the heart Qi,and the blood vein can be passed;nourish the Yin and replenish the blood to fill the veins,so as to achieve the purpose of nourishing the Yin and Yang and dissolving the stasis.Therefore,based on the Danshen Shengmai Yin,dialectical addition and subtraction of cutting treatment of coronary heart disease.Danshen Shengmai Yin is composed of four herbs:Taizishen(Pseudostellariae Radix),Maidong(Ophiopogonis Radix),Wuweizi(Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus)and Danshen(Salviae Miltiorrhizae).It is a basic formula composed of Shengmai Yin(生脉饮),which change Renshen(Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma)to Taizishen(Pseudostellariae Radix)and add Danshen(Salviae Miltiorrhizae).It has the functions of tonifying Qi,nourishing Yin,promoting blood circulation,and resolving blood stasis.When clinically applied,it is necessary to combine the disease mechanism,according to the specific clinical manifestations of patients with coronary heart disease,combined with chest pain,back pain,hypertension,heart failure and other symptoms or comorbidities,and add commonly used drugs to or drug groups.Due to the large number of patients with coronary heart disease and the long course of the disease,Danshen Shengmai Yin is softer,and it is more suitable for long-term use.
