摘要
名老中医学术经验是在长期临床实践中不断总结验证形成的学术思想与临床经验,在中医药人才培养、科学研究、成果转化创新等方面发挥重要作用。目前名老中医经验传承过程中存在重术轻道、传承效率低下、人才培养欠缺等问题。本文聚焦名老中医学术经验传承领域,全面梳理相关文献,系统剖析目前学术经验传承研究现状。对未来传承发展方向进行展望,提出应加强传承方法创新,借助现代科学技术构建数字化传承体系,深化多学科交叉融合以丰富经验传承思路与途径,加强中医药人才培养。为推动名老中医学术经验传承工作深入开展、提升传承质量、中医药事业蓬勃发展筑牢根基。
Academic experience of famous veteran practitioner of traditional Chinese medicine is academic thought and clinical experience formed by continuous summary and verification in long-term clinical practice,plays an important role in talent cultivation of traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacy,scientific research,transformation and innovation of achievements.At present,there are problems in the process of experience inheritance of famous veteran practitioner of traditional Chinese medicine,such as emphasizing surgery over taoism,low inheritance efficiency,and lack of talent cultivation.This article focuses on the field of academic experience inheritance of famous veteran practitioner of traditional Chinese medicine,comprehensively reviews relevant literature,and systematically analyzes current research status of academic experience inheritance.Looking ahead to the future direction of inheritance and development,it is proposed to strengthen innovation in inheritance methods,build a digital inheritance system with the help of modern science and technology,deepen interdisciplinary integration to enrich ideas and approaches of experience inheritance,and strengthen talent cultivation of traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacy.So as to promote in-depth development of academic experience inheritance of famous veteran practitioner of traditional Chinese medicine,improve quality of inheritance,and lay a solid foundation for vigor‐ous development of traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacy.
