摘要
目的 研究艾滋病合并血脂异常患者的中医证候特点,为该病中医证候的客观化提供参考。方法 根据制定的中医证候信息采集表,共纳入符合艾滋病合并血脂异常诊断标准的病例278例,采用因子分析等统计学方法进行中医证候特点研究。结果 从278例艾滋病合并血脂异常病例的中医症状体征中共得到11个公因子,其方差累积贡献率为65.255%,证候要素有气虚、阴虚、气郁、内热、湿郁、胆火,病位靶点有脾、肺、胃、心、肾、肝胆。结论 艾滋病合并血脂异常的基本病机为本虚标实、虚实夹杂,多为肺脾气虚伴肝郁,久则痰浊血瘀为病,其证候要素主要为气虚、阴虚、气郁,主要病位靶点为脾、肝、肺。
Objective: To study the characteristics of TCM syndromes of AIDS patients with dyslipidemia, and provide reference for objectification of TCM syndromes of AIDS disease. Methods: A total of 278 cases meeting the diagnostic criteria were included in our study and the information was collected by TCM syndrome questionnaire. Factor analysis and other statistical methods were used to analyze the characteristics of TCM syndrome. Results: A total of 11 factors were abstracted from the TCM symptoms and signs of 278 AIDS patients with dyslipidemia, and their accumulating contribution rate to total variance was 65.255%. The syndrome elements were Qi deficiency, Yin deficiency, Qi depression, internal heat, damp depression and bile fire. The targets of the disease were spleen, lung, stomach, heart, kidney, hepatobiliary. Conclusion: The basic pathogenesis of AIDS complicated with dyslipidemia was Root deficiency and Branch excess, Deficiency-excess in complexity, with lung Qi deficiency with liver depression as root, long phlegm turbidness blood stasis as branch. The main syndrome elements were Qi deficiency, Yin deficiency and Qi depression. The main targets of the disease were spleen, liver and lung.
