摘要
选取180个消费者样本,以可追溯牛奶为标的物进行随机n价拍卖,并运用Friedman检验以及多元线性回归分析了影响消费者可追溯牛奶支付意愿的主要因素。结果表明,性别、消费者居住地、可支配收入、食品安全感知、对可追溯食品的了解程度、可追溯重要性、对认证的信任程度以及对家人和自身的健康关注度等变量都显著影响着消费者的支付意愿。据此,生产商可以针对消费者的真实需求更高效率地改进现有产品,更好地满足我国消费者对可追溯牛奶的消费需求,从而有效推动我国牛奶产业链健康有效发展。
A sample of 180 consumers was selected to conduct random n-price auctions with traceable milk as the target,and the main factors affecting consumers’willingness to pay for traceable milk were analyzed by Friedman test and multiple linear regression.The results showed that:Gender,consumer residence,disposable income,food safety perception,understanding of traceable food,importance of traceability,trust in certification and attention to family and their own health all significantly affect consumers’willingness to pay.Therefore,manufacturers can improve existing products more efficiently according to the real needs of consumers,and better meet the consumption demand of Chinese consumers for traceable milk,so as to effectively promote the healthy and effective development of China’s milk industry chain.
