摘要
食品卫生作为影响食品安全的核心要素,直接关乎公众健康和与生命安全。近年来,重大食品安全事故频发,引发社会的广泛关注。尤其是由病原性微生物引发的污染事件,已对我国食品安全体系构成严峻挑战。本文综述了微生物检验技术的检测方法以及在食品检验环节中的实际应用,进一步展望了微生物检验技术的未来发展趋势,旨在推动微生物检验技术在食品卫生检验中的进一步发展。
Food hygiene,as a core element influencing food safety,directly concerns public health and life safety.In recent years,major food safety incidents have occurred frequently,attracting widespread public attention.Especially the contamination incidents caused by pathogenic microorganisms have posed a serious challenge to China’s food safety system.This article reviews various detection methods of microbial inspection technology and their practical applications in the food inspection process.It further looks forward to the future development trends of microbial inspection technology,aiming to promote the further development of microbial inspection technology in food hygiene inspection.
