摘要
随着科学技术的进步及工业飞速的发展,食品添加剂在食品行业应用广泛,在食品的生产、销售和储存过程中占据着重要位置,但其不当使用也造成了很多不良影响,危害人们的身体健康,引发社会层面的恐慌。本文介绍了食品添加剂的具体作用,对其滥用现象及产生原因进行分析并提出改进措施,以促进食品添加剂行业规范发展。
With the progress of science and technology and the rapid development of industry,food additives are widely used in the food industry and play an important role in the production,sale and storage of food.However,their improper use has also caused many adverse effects,endangering people’s health and causing panic at the social level.This paper introduces the specific functions of food additives,analyzes their abuse and causes,and puts forward improvement measures to promote the standardized development of food additives industry.
