摘要
食品添加剂是现代食品工业发展过程中不可或缺的,在延长食品存储时间,改善食品的色、香、味方面有着重要的作用,但是食品添加剂的不当使用也会引发食品安全问题。基于此,该研究从食品添加剂使用的利弊、食品添加剂的概述和食品添加剂的监管策略方面进行阐述和分析,旨在为食品添加剂合理安全地使用提供一些建议,从而保障食品安全。
Food additives are indispensable in the development of modern food industry,they play an important role in prolonging the storage time of food and improving the color,aroma and taste of food.Nevertheless,improper use of food additives can also cause food security issues.Based on this,the advantages and disadvantages of the use of food additives,the overview of food additives and the supervision strategies of food additives are elaborated and analyzed in this paper,aiming to provide some suggestions for the reasonable and safe use of food additives,so as to safeguard food security.
