摘要
本文从食品添加剂滥用的现实危害出发,分析其成因涉及企业逐利行为、监管效能不足及消费者认知偏差等多方面,并针对性提出强化企业责任、完善监管体系、提升公众认知等管控策略,旨在保证食品安全,促进食品行业健康发展。
This paper starts from the practical hazards of food additive abuse,analyzes its causes involving multiple factors such as corporate profit-driven behavior,insufficient regulatory effectiveness,and consumer cognitive biases,and puts forward targeted control strategies such as strengthening corporate responsibility,improving the regulatory system,and enhancing public awareness,aiming to ensure food safety and promote the healthy development of the food industry.
