摘要
甘氨酸在中性条件下可以与氢氧化铜悬浮液发生络合作用,生成溶于水的甘氨酸合铜配合物,使用原子吸收分光光度计测定上层清液中铜的吸光度,可间接得到甘氨酸的含量。研究发现,甘氨酸浓度的线性范围为10~100μg/mL;线性回归方程为A=0.0067C+0.0391,实验表明精密度和回收率良好,该方法操作简便、可应用于甘氨酸的测定。
Glycine and copper hydroxide suspension can complex under neutral conditions,atomic absorption spectrophotometer was used to determine the absorbance of copper in the supernatant,and the content of glycine could be obtained indirectly.It was found that the linear range of glycine concentration was 10~100 g/mL.The linear regression equation was A=0.0067C+0.0391,and the method is simple and can be used for the determination of glycine with satisfactory sensitivity,accurate and precision.
