摘要
从配方设计、各组分选择、混合料的特殊处理、单螺杆挤出机进行粉状挤出成型的全过程,论述了高分子量聚氯乙烯密封条的研制和开发。重点阐述物料组成、加工工艺对密封条性能的影响。尤其时配方中各组分的选择、份数、作用都作了详尽的论述,并且对混料顺序与混合物质量之间的关系及挤出工艺也作了充分的解释。研制的密封条不仅具有耐老化、尺寸稳定性好、断裂伸长率高、低温柔韧性好等特点,而且配方独特、工艺简单、生产效率高、成本低。
The development of HMWPVC sealing strip was introduced from the formula design, component selection, special treatment of the compound to the full process of extrusion molding with powder by single screw extruder. The influence of the composition of the compound and the processing technology on the property of the sealing strip was mainly discussed, and the choice, parts and function of each component in the formula in particular. The relation between the compounding order and the compound quality and the extrusion technology were fully explained. The sealing strip developed with the optimum formula and technology had ageing resistance, good dimentional stability, high elongation at break and good flexibility at low temperature. And the formula is unique, the technology is simple, the production efficiency is high and the cost is low.
