摘要
介绍了一种PVC用热稳定剂马来酸单酯稀土(RETM)的特性。RETM的热稳定性和透明性优于硬脂酸稀土(RESt),而压析和喷霜效果两种热稳定剂均较低;与由RESt组成的无毒复合热稳定剂相比,RETM组成的新型无毒复合热稳定剂的性能价格比更优,应用范围广,不但适用于软质制品,而且可用于半硬质PVC制品的加工。
The performances of a rare-earth tris (monoalkyl maleate) (RETM) as a heat stabilizer for PVC were described. The heat stability and transparency of RETM was higher than rare-earth stearate (RESt) and both of its plate-out and blooming were the same as RESt. Compared with the non-toxic composite heat stablizer composed of RESt, the ratio to performance and cost of the RETM was improved, and the application area was broaden; they can be applied to flexible and semi-rigid PVC products.
