摘要
对注塑件产生应力变形的原因进行分析,指出了注塑件应力变形的内在因素主要是不同注塑件原料对注塑工艺参数的敏感度不同所致;外在因素是模具结构设计对注塑件应力变形的影响;从模具设计方法和注塑工艺上给出了解决注塑件应力变形的几个有效对策,并通过实际例子证明这几个对策是简单有效的。
The reasons why plastics parts produced stress deformation were analyzed. It was pointed out that the main internal factor was the different sensitive degree of different raw material on process parameter;the external factor was the effects of mould structure, several countermeasures to solve the stress deformation by improving mould design and adjusting molding technology were given. The practice proved that these countermeasures were simple and effective.
