摘要
讨论了低密度聚乙烯 (LDPE)膜的防雾滴机理及方法 ,研究了空气气氛中 ,光接枝丙烯酸 (AA)的LDPE膜接触角与接枝时间的关系 ,及接枝膜的防雾滴性能。研究发现 ,空气气氛中随接枝时间的延长 ,LDPE膜的有效接枝率增加 ,膜对水的接触角下降。光辐射 3min时 ,LDPE膜的有效接枝率达 12 .1%;膜对水的接触角为 19.3° ,亲水性显著增加。与添加防雾滴剂方法相比 ,由于亲水性单体化学接枝于LDPE膜表面 ,膜的防雾滴有效期长。
Mechanism and methods of antifogging of low density polyethylene (LDPE) were discussed. The relationship between the contact angle of photografted LDPE and the irradiation time, and the property of antifogging of LDPE were studied. It was found that the grafting ratio of LDPE in air atmosphere increased greatly with time, whereas the contact angle of grafted polyethylene film decreased greatly and the hydrophilicity increased. When irradiation time was 3 minutes, the grafting ratio of LDPE was 12.1 %; the contact angle of grafted polyethylene film to water was 19.3°and the hydrophilicity of LDPE film was improved obviously. In comparison with the method of adding antifogging agents, the antifogging period of photografted LDPE film was long since the hydrophilic monomer was attached to the LDPE film surface through chemical bonding.
