摘要
研制了超高相对分子质量聚乙烯复合增强管材 ,这种复合增强管分为三层 :内层为超高相对分子质量聚乙烯 ;中间层为钢丝缠绕层 ,作为耐压层 ;外层是聚氯乙烯合金 ,具有良好的刚性、优异的抗冲击性和耐老化性 ,作为保护层。这是一种集耐腐蚀、耐压、耐磨、保温等特点于一身的管材。
Reinforced UHMWPE(ultra high molecular weight polyethylene) composite pipes are processed. This kind of pipe consists of three layers: the inner layer is made of UHMWPE and the middle layer is wound by steel wires as pressure-resistance layer and the outer layer is made from a new kind of poly(vinyl chloride) alloy with good rigidity, impact strength and anti-age that acts as a protective layer. This pipe gathers up all advantages such as corrosion-resistance, abrasion-resistance, pressure-resistance, thermal insulation and so on.
