摘要
简述了mLLDPE与LDPE共混树脂吹塑宽幅棚膜的优异力学、光学性能及其覆盖棚室的光温效应。阐明了解决mLLDPE熔体粘度大、熔体强度低、熔体易破裂等关键问题的工艺技术要点 ,介绍了高效 6 911/B2 15耐老化体系在薄型mLLDPE棚膜中的良好应用效果 ,报导了外涂型流滴消雾剂应用情况并提出了发展建议。
Mechanical properties,optical performance and light-temperature effect of green-house films of metallocene linear low density polyethylene(mLLDPE) and low density polyethylene(LDPE) are introduced.Key technologies solving the problems of high viscosity,low melt strength and melt rupture of mLLDPE are described.Good application effect of 6911/B215 anti-aging system in thin mLLDPE film is presented.The application of drip elimination agents coated on the films is reported,some suggestion for its development is given.
