摘要
对二溴荧光素 -过氧化氢氧化还原体系进行了催化动力学荧光的研究 ,发现在p H =12 .0的硼砂 -氢氧化钠缓冲溶液中 ,钴 ( )离子能催化过氧化氢氧化二溴荧光素而使其荧光强度降低。在此基础上建立了快速、灵敏、简便的荧光催化动力学测定痕量 Co( )的新方法 ,该催化反应的表现活化能为 69.69k J/ m ol,检出限度 0 .2 5 ng/ m l,线性范围为 (0 .4-1.2 )ng/ 2 5 ml。
A kinetic method for the determination of trace cobalt was established,based on its catalytic effect on the fluorescence fading reaction of dibromofluorescein oxidized by hydrogen peroxide in the medium of Na 2B 4O 7 NaOH(pH12.0).The optimized conditions for determination were founded.The calibration graph is linear for 0.4-1.2ng/25ml and the detection limit is 0.25 (ng/25ml)(Co).The active energy of catalytic reaction is 69.69kJ/mol.The cobalt contents in hair had been determined.
