摘要
本文提出了在Co(Ⅱ)的催化下,草酸铁钾的光解反应产物Fe(Ⅱ)与邻菲罗啉生成的桔红色络合物的吸光度在一定的实验条件下与试剂Co(Ⅱ)的含量0—2.8μg/mL呈良好的线性关系,从而建立了一种光化学-动力学测定钴的方法,本法灵敏度高,选择性好,用于药品VB12和水中钴含量的测定,结果满意。
Here our experimental showed that the absorbance(A) of a kind of cobalt(Ⅱ) in VB 12 over the range of to 2.8mg/L levels under given experimental conditions.The complex compound resulted from the reaction between 1,10 phenanthroline(phen) and the product,Fe(Ⅱ),generated from photoreduction of potassium ferric oxalate by using catalysis of cobalt(Ⅱ).In view of the above,a photochemical dynamic method to determine Co(Ⅱ) has been advanced.Investigated more minutely the experimental conditions and possible interfering ions,Co(Ⅱ) content in sample,H 2O、VB 12 ,were determined.
