摘要
本文研究了氨性介质中,钴(Ⅱ)催化过氧化氢氧化茜素红的褪色反应及其动力学条件,建立了分光光度法直接测定超痕量钴(Ⅱ)的新方法,其Sandell灵敏度为6.21×10^(-6)μg/cm^2,测定钴(Ⅱ)的范围为0~0.1μg/25mL,方法简便、快速、分析费用低,可用于人发和血液中痕量钴(Ⅱ)的测定。
Ultra-trace Co(Ⅱ) in aqueous ammonia can catalyze the discolouring oxidization of alizarin red by hydrogen peroxide. In the paper its kinetic condition is offered. A new method to determine ultratrace Co(Ⅱ) directly by spectrophotometry is reported. The Sandell sensitivity of the method is 6.21 ×10^(-6)μg/cm^2 and the range of determination is 0 to 0.1μg/25mL of Co(Ⅱ). This method is characterized by its simplicity, rapidity and low expense and may be used to determine ultratrace Co(Ⅱ) in human hairs and blood.
