摘要
通过研究三价铈在稀酸溶液的荧光性质,得知最大激发光波长258nm,最大发射光波长354nm,而四价铈在相同条件下无此特性。根据四价铈与三价砷在碘催化下速度发生变化使四价铈还原成三价铈,而建立动力学荧光法测定痕量碘的分析方法。本法灵敏度高,检出限可达0.042μg/mL,线性范围0.1~0.5μg/mL,用此方法测定食物中痕量碘获得满意结果。
The fluorescence properties of Cerium ( III )in dilute sulphuric acid has been stud- ied at maximum excitation wavelength 258nm and maximum emission wavelength 354nm Cerium ( IV ) have not the properties under above condition. The analytical method of trace amount Iodine has been established according to the fact that the reaction between Cerium ( IV ) and Arsenic (III) can be catalysed by Iodine and Cerium (IV ) is reduced Cerium ( III ). The detection limit of the method is 0. 042ug/mL and the linear range of iodine is 0. 1-0. 5ug/mL. The method has been used to determination of trace amount iodine in food with satisfactory results.
