摘要
研究了新型荧光试剂3-对甲苯基-5-(2’-胂酸基苯偶氮)若丹宁(4MRAAP)的荧光性质,发现在pH=5.2的邻苯二甲酸氢钾-氢氧化钠缓冲溶液中,钴具有强烈催化高碘酸钾氧化若丹宁的作用,其产物荧光强度大大减弱,从而建立了测定痕量钴(Ⅱ)的新方法。其线性范围为0—0.10μg·10mL^-1,检测限为1.62×10^-9g·mL^-1,是目前测定钴(Ⅱ)最灵敏的方法之一。方法用于头发和污水中钴(Ⅱ)的含量测定,获得满意结果。
A new method is established for the determination of trace eobah(Ⅱ) ,based on its catalytic effect on the oxidation of 3 - (4' - toly) - 5 - (2' - aresenoxylphenylazo) rhodanine by potassium periodate in the buffer medium of potassium hydrogen phthalate - sodium hydroxide(pH = 5.2). The decrease of fluorescence intensity.has a linear relationship against the concentration of cobalt ( Ⅱ ) in the range of 0 to 0.10 μg/10 mL and its detection limit is 1.62 × 10^-9 g· mL^-1. It is one of the most sensitve methods now. The method has been applied to determinate trace cobalt in hair and sewage with satisfactory results.
