摘要
苯甲酸具有很弱的荧光,在Co2+的催化下,过氧化氢能氧化苯甲酸发出强的荧光.基于此现象,建立了测定酱油中痕量苯甲酸的催化动力学荧光新方法.该方法的灵敏度高,检出限可达8.0×10-8g.mL-1,线性范围为2.0×10-7-8.0×10-6g.mL-1.对8.0×10-7g.mL-1的苯甲酸进行9次连续测定,相对标准偏差为2.4%.该方法已成功地应用于酱油中痕量苯甲酸的测定.
At the present of Co^2+ ,benzoic acid with weak fluore may react on OH, and then products with intense fluoressence were made. Base on the linear response of the relative fluorescence intensity to the benzoic acid concentration, a novel catalysis kinetics fluorimetry system for the determination of trace of benzoic acid was established with the determination limit of 8.0 × 10^ -8 g . mL^-1. The linear range was 2.0 × 10^-7 - 8.0 × 10^-6 g · mL^-1. The relative standard deviation (n =9) is 2.4% for 8.0 × 10^-7 g · mL^-1 benzoic acid and the system has been applied to the determination of benzoic acid in sauce samples with satisfactory results.
